Powershell Install UAG 3.10 failed

Hi all,

      I'm installing UAG 3.10 with Powershell, but interrupted with password error in the progress, strange issue occurs.

This snapshort is the .ini file about "Target=......"

and this snapshort is the error which interrupt the install progress:

the user name in .ini file is:administrator@vsphere.local, but in install progress, it changes to administrator%40vsphere.local,

so the password I inputed will never correct, install progress interrupted.

I'm really appreciated if somebody can help me to resolve this problem!
